Representaion To Books Jaden (Jaded #3)
3-3.5 starsMini-review time.
As always, I will reiterate that a 3 star review means I liked a book as is the Goodreads rating standard. I just didn't love this book.
First off I just want to say bravo to Tijan as an author for taking risks and always creating such complex, strong female characters in the new adult genre. So many books have weak female characters that are pushovers, and Tijan breaks out of that standard.
Tijan's books are like pizza for me in that, even if it's not the best, it's still pretty fucking good. And that's the case here, it's not my favorite book by Tijan, but I enjoyed reading it nonetheless.
I am probably in the minority, but I actually LOVE who Sheldon ended up with in the end. (view spoiler)[ I ALWAYS root for the underdog and I was glad for Corrigan to finally get his chance. It's like the character said herself, Bryce has his chance, he fucked it up, and now he is her past love. Corrigan is her future. Although I really do with Tijan had gone more in depth with their relationship in the end, because the little bit she wrote was damn beautiful. (hide spoiler)]
The resolution of the book was also damn well done. It made sense once laid out. The part I didn't like was the middle of the book. It's what made this a 3 star for me because I ended up skimming a bit with the political/school drama and the plotting and such. I also wish this book had more angst than it did.
So, while I rated the last book a 3, the first 2 books are incredible and I encourage you as the reader to try them out.

I love Bryce! Why Tijan?? I'm heart broken! Why did you have to make Corrigan the one?! Its just so sad!Reading this last book completely ruined my "supposed" happily ever after. I was so devastated! And disappointed. I keep on telling myself that I should've not read this last book. Sorry Tijan, but I really am not happy how the book turned out. Ughhhhhh!
I know who Sheldon picks and you don't Ha Ha ha ha ha!!!!!!Tijans can do no wrong.....#obsessed#lovetostalktijan
I'm so sorry Bryce... :-(
**********10 Amazing Story/Series Stars**********PHENOMENAL!!! This book was everything you could possibly want in a story. Suspense, love, deceit, longing, friendship, family and simply just everything. Love Sheldon, Bryce and Corrigan. These characters are strong, fierce, loyal and there for each other. This book will keep you guessing, and keep you glued to the story from start to end. Tijan is an amazing storyteller. She brings you into the story as if you are in the story itself. MUST READ
Don't read on if you don't want to know who ends up with Sheldon.(view spoiler)[I will be sincerely grateful with an alternate ending because i deeply hate the fact she ended up with Corrigan, like no, I don't want that. I love Byrce. This is why I don't like reading books with love triangles because it just ruins it for me if they don't end up with the right guy, but anyway i still love the series if you take away this book. I love Tijan! Some of her work is fantastic and I re read works such as Broken and Screwed, over and over again. I am however, not a massive fan of this series, and of all her continuations, it is in my opinion her weakest. I love Tijans strong heroines, but I just found sheldon lacking. She is feisty, but her arrogance, nastiness and attitude ruin that completely! To be honest Bryce, Shelton and Corrigan are all quite forgettable, but if I had to choose a favourite it would be Corrigan. So,
