I liked book one, Biker Bait, but was very disappointed in this one. That being said I will give this series one more try with book 3, because I do like Ms.Hunter's style, just hated this story line. BUT if you like MC romances give it a try, this book just had too many of my hard limits for me to like, you may love it. *****PROCEED WITH CAUTION COULD BE CONSIDER A SPOILER*****I couldn't stand the back and forth between Bonnie and Sparky. Bonnie and Sparky were apart for most of the book. And IOutstanding!I couldn't wait for sparkys tale and I'm sooo happy with it. I adore the sexy and stubborn biker.The love he has for Bonnie was breathtaking. Her strength and growth was beautifully written. I don't know how to make it through until slades story.
aaaah, don't know how to rate this one... maybe 3.5 stars...I loved the first book and honestly wanted to speed the time until this books released. Everything went great, it just... I kinda hated Sparky....image:
Not a typical biker book, Sparky is something of a wimp. It wasn't technically cheating but some things went down that made Bonnie look pathetic. Started out ok then went downhill. Not likely to read more by author.
It pains me to give Sparky's book a 2 star rating. I've been anticipating his story since I read book 1, Biker Bait.Sparky didn't live up to my hopes. I loved him so much in book 1, however, he let me down in his story. He wasn't the man he should have been.Sparky doesn't trust easily, unless it's Lana, his president's woman. Great story of love and sacrifices between Sparky and Bonnie. Another big bad alpha brought down by a good woman. I've read all 3 books in this series and in each one the author has been able to engage me emotionally with the main characters. Each story makes you feel the love between the characters and leaves you wanting more.
