Well, that was strange. Let me tell you something here. Two seconds ago, I found out the author of this book is a guy, which (believe me) when you read it you would have never guessed. I can see why he kind of hid that. Probably a weirdo, I'm not sure. Kind of secretive, though he does appear to have a blog.Anyway, back to the topic. I was reading Princess on the Brink when I was reading this, so it was hard to get into the very slow storyline. You have to be patient with this book because it'sThis would be the more grim of the Faerie Path series. Like the 1st was the more love story, and the 2nd was the more idk. I wouldn't recomend this book to tweens under the age of 12(possbily 11)because this book is violent, and umm... there's not many 'happy' moments. But it is very good and hard to put down.Cordelia, Edric, Sancha, Titana, Tiana, and Zara escape safely from the Gray Nights of Lyonesse, in London, only to find what used to be lush gardens are now dried up and dead, King Oberon
I took me a while to remember what had happened in "The Lost Queen" but after re reading, followed through. I liked that in the begging of the book Jones wrote a summary of what had happened in the past two books. All and all, I liked the book. There were a few confusing parts that I found. I dont understand why she had to kill off Zara...what was the purpose of that? And the Seventh Power things was never truly explained. It seemed to be talked of as more powerful then It really was. All it

Finally finding her mother, the Queen, in the mortal world (The Lost Queen, book 2 of The Faerie Path), Princess Tania, her sisters and boyfriend Edric returned to the Faerie Realm to discover that their father, King Oberon had been taken prisoner. Locked away in an amber sphere wrapped with isenmort (metal bands) and then exiled to Ynis Maw (a tiny, inhospitable, prison island) King Oberon was waiting - for his daughters and the fate of the entire Faerie Realm. Witnessing the destruction that
I didn't really like this as much as the other Faerie Path books, but I think perhaps it is because I'm getting tired of them. You can only drag something out for so long. Yes, it was good. Sure, it could be exciting in parts. But even though the characters were the same as in the other books, I got tired of them, even annoyed. Tania seemed really blond most of the time. The scenes with her and Edric made me want to cry from annoyance. It was fairly predictable. The language of Tania's sisters
Bit slow at time but Zara's death had me sobbing. Bryn and Cordelia are adorable.
The seventh Daughter ( Faerie Path #3) by Allen frewin Jones. This third book takes a darker turn with King Oberon imprisoned and the Realm of Faerie facing new dangers. It comes down to Tania to save her home and family. I really liked that there was much more of a fantasy aspectin this third book than the other two. Lots of strange creatures, a war, and some death. I also liked that it allowed young women to be strong, powerful and not helpless. You must read the first two books to understand
